Hiring Restaurant Waitress
Job Description
Sheesha Lounge & Grill is looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining and sheesha experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, escorting them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
Take accurate food, beverage, and shisha orders, entering them into the POS system or passing them to kitchen staff.
Serve food, drinks, and shisha to guests promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and address any concerns.
Prepare tables, set up linens, silverware, and glasses, and maintain a tidy dining area.
Clear used dishes and glassware, and reset tables for new guests.
Process bills and handle payments accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen and shisha staff to ensure timely and correct orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and shisha areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with sheesha service is an advantage but not required.
