Hiring Restaurant Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of operations at Sheesha Grill Restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain our high standards for food quality and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to meet business needs.
- Maintain restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory, place orders for supplies, and manage stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial and staffing reports.
- Plan menus in collaboration with culinary staff and promote new offerings.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Financial management and budgeting experience.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
