Sheesha Lounge & Grill is seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing a variety of dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and working efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist in developing new menu items and specials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
